All classes are adaptable to all levels. Every class includes breath work and meditation. Mats and blocks provided, but you may bring your own.
Teaching in Cancun was an amazing experience! I was fortunate to introduce yoga to many who have never practiced before, and most came back for multiple classes. Students were from all over the U.S. (many from Pennsylvania and New Jersey), Canada, and one from Germany who spoke no English. I was so proud of him for participating in classes when he didn't understand anything I said! This experience has enriched my own yoga practice and yoga teaching. I am thankful!💗
